Sean Ritchey (he/them pronouns) is a curious human being, who tries to be useful by day, and sleeps by night. He is an entrepreneur, designer, and facilitator, who you’ll often find working with small teams of talented people. Since co-founding his first company at 19, he has started, operated, and advised ventures in sectors including tech, multi-scaled intentional community, and Passive House building design, manufacturing, and construction.
Sean is based out of the Kingston, NY, where he is a founding partner at Threshold Builders. He also currently serves on the Board or Directors of the Common Fire Foundation, rides his bike a lot, makes photographs, travels often, writes about things that fascinate him, cooks and eats delicious food, and plays outside.
Current obsessions include: Deeply examining the ways patriarchy shows up in relationships, and non-capitalism based decision making frameworks for land use and land “ownership”.
